Post Hotel Weggis

I was shocked when nobody mentioned that the pool and restaurants were closed upon arrival, and the coffee was the absolute worst! I expected a complimentary upgrade after such inconveniences but was denied. Disappointing treatment for such an expensive stay. I almost thought about a nice review, but just couldn't bring myself to do it. Poor service, stale food

The design of the hotel and the room itself is very nice and comfortable. The location across the street from the lake.

Very unpleasant staff. Very annoying noise from early morning making it impossible to relax - since 7-8 am somobody was mowing the lawn awakening us with extremely loud noise and making it imposssible to open the window and feel the lake breeze, since 8 a.m.- 12.30 there were some repairs going on in the hotel and extremely annoying noise of drilling was driving us crazy. Very uncomfortable stay especially taking into account that it was SLH chain. The hotel manager wanted also to charge us for an empty bottle of the champagne from our minibar - being very resistant to believe us that it was empty at the time of our arrival. This place makes you feel like inquier not hotel guest.

Found Switzerland expensive the hotel was modern & luxurious with all facilities the atmoshere was suited to couples which suited us as we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary by returning to the area where we got engaged.. Magnificent scenery from the room with a great ambience.

Beautifully decorated guest rooms with fine lake views.

The indoor pool and spa facilities were only available from 4 PM, which limited our relaxation time. We also encountered issues with inconsistent service. While one staff member was cute, others barely acknowledged us. It was annoying to find that our room amenities were lacking, such as one small bottle of water and just one coffee capsule.

We thoroughly enjoyed deluxe queen room with large balcony. The breakfast was very very good with a great view, very good bread and freshly cooked eggs, had everything you could want. All the staff members were incredibly kind and very pleasant. The location was great and stunning, right next to restaurants and casinos.

Very Good Hotel. Very helpful staff. We were in the Hotel for five days and it was wonderful. Very good Spa center and swimming pool. Free internet in the room. Very good location for business and for leisure. I could recommend this Hotel and next time will stay there with pleasure.

Beautifully equipped and gadget laden hotel and room, with stunning views of the lake. Weggis is very quiet. Not much to do other than walk and admire the views.

when we visit weggis, like staying here. the location is marvellous and fantastic and they have parking onsite.

Fantastic views from our Comfort Twin Room With Lake View, but the Wi-Fi was slow and a bit frustrating.

Very clean and in strategic place to visit other nearby towns; Staff are wonderful; nice food; swimming pool, spa, etc excellent.

The room we have satyed was a bit small.

Just a great fit for a weekend excursion in Weggis, worth the money. My room was spacious and comfortable. Make sure to ask for extra coffee and tea supplies upon arrival.

Family-friendly with fine views

The location is terrific! You can step right off the boat into the hotel, and it's just a short walk to the cable car for Mt Rigi. The lake view from our room was very nice, I mean, amazing! Breakfast was solid with a nice variety of options.

Superb view on the lake. Spa and swimming pool a "must". Restaurant with very creative food. Rooms very well equipped. Staff could do a little effort in being more welcoming, but still, very professional. Overall, I had a wonderful week-end.
